It's going to be pretty impossible for the Boston Red Sox to take Mickey Gasper out of the lineup if he keeps hitting as he has recently.
Gasper is on an all-time heater right now, to say the least.
He wrapped up the month of August with six homers and 13 RBIs in 12 games, to go along with a .400/.571/1.100 slash line. Plus, a ridiculous 1.671 OPS. That OPS is the third-highest in a month in Major League Baseball history, behind just Ted Williams and Barry Bonds.

What a month it's been for Gasper! pic.twitter.com/v6ekKDK4vs
Now, of course, Gasper's sample size is certainly less than what Williams and Bonds did. But impressive, to say the least.
That's not all, though.
Gasper is one of just three members of the Red Sox to hit six homers, walk 10 times and strike out two times or less in a 12-game span in Boston history.
Somehow, Mickey Gasper isnβt most amazing part of this.

The whole list:
* Gasper during his all-time heater
* Jimmie Foxx one time
* Ted Williams 29 TIMES IN TEN YEARS https://t.co/gSGL4hxAbQ pic.twitter.com/X3RFGIu4wz
He added to the total as well with yet another long ball on Tuesday night.
