The Boston Red Sox may not have Alex Cora leading the charge any longer as the club's manager, but that doesn't mean that the players don't believe in this club still.

Any time you hear about a firing or something of that nature, the mind always jumps to the worst-case scenario. Boston has struggled to open the season overall and now just moved on from one of the game's best managers. It's easy to wonder if the wheels will fall off and the club will struggle even more because they just made a seismic change in the middle of a series. It wasn't even made on an off day. The Red Sox fired Cora and a handful of coaches after being the Baltimore Orioles on Saturday before having a day game the next day on Sunday. They didn't even make the decision at a time when they would have had 24 hours to get everything together.

While this is the case, young outfielder Roman Anthony clearly has faith in this deal and noted that they still believe they can go out and win the World Series.

"We can still win the World Series. I know people on the outside probably don't agree with that and a lot of [explicit] is going on right now, but the standard for me remains the same," Anthony said, as transcribed by Over The Monster's Matthew Gross.

So, while the Red Sox may look different. Don't also expect the expectations for this club to shift, at least from the perspective of the players.
