If you're a fan of the Tampa Bay Rays, there's some real fear right now.

On Tuesday night, Rays superstar slugger Junior Caminero was forced to leave the All-Star Game early after being hit on the hand by a 98 miles per hour fastball in the third inning by St. Louis Cardinals closer Riley O'Brien

Caminero came out of the contest and Matt Gelb of The Athletic reported that the slugger went get X-Rays at Citizens Bank Park with a Philadelphia Phillies doctor.

"Junior Caminero is headed to get X-rays at Citizens Bank Park with a Phillies doctor," Gelb wrote.

At this moment, we know that Caminero was forced to exit and that X-Rays were unsurprisingly necessary. Fortunately, Fox's Tom Verducci said on the broadcast that the X-Rays came back negative.

Still, a scary situation for the Rays, to say the least.
