The New York Yankees' offense has been among the worst in baseball over the last few weeks, to say the least.
New York hasn't scored more than five runs in a game for 20 straight games. It's just the seventh time in franchise history and the Yankees are the only team in baseball to reach this mark in 2026.
The Yankees have been dropping in the standings and are 2-8 over their last 10 games. Obviously, playing without Aaron Judge in the middle of the lineup has helped to add to these issues. Things have been quiet on the Judge front for a while, but an update finally dropped on Thursday. Yankees general manager and senior vice president Brian Cashman shared that Judge will be re-imaged during the All-Star break, per The Athletic's Chris Kirschner.

Now, of course, this isn't a sign that Judge's return is imminent. But it's finally more information. Judge hasn't played in a game since May 31. At least we now know that there should be more information coming from the club during the All-Star break, which will kick off next week.
