The New York Yankees are among the best teams in baseball, but they're vulnerable at the moment.

Superstar slugger Aaron Judge wasn't in the lineup on Tuesday and he's a bit up in the air right now with a bone bruise is in his right ribs that is causing pain in his shoulder.

On Wednesday, Yankees manager Aaron Boone opened up about where Judge is right now.

"He's been kind of the last couple of weeks kind of dealing with some shoulder soreness, just kind of more nagging," Boone said. "Then over the weekend, the last couple of games in Sacramento, I think it became a little more than just that, where I noticed with some swings and stuff. It became a little more than just nagging. I think it was affecting him. ...

"Hopefully, it's a day-to-day situation. Could be a few days. Could be longer. I don't know for sure."

On top of this, it was shared that Judge will see a specialist on Wednesday. Right now, we wait until word comes back after seeing the specialist on Wednesday. This isn't the situation any team wants to be in. When Judge is on the field, he's a superstar. But he hasn't had the same level of power as expected over the last few weeks. Now, it makes sense why. Hopefully, there's good news on Wednesday.
