Each time Kyle Harrison takes the mound for the Milwaukee Brewers, it makes things look worse for the Boston Red Sox.

Boston acquired Harrison as the centerpiece of the Rafael Devers trade last June and then sent him to the Brewers this past offseason in the deal to bring Caleb Durbin to town. Harrison has blossomed into an elite big league arm and Durbin hasn't been in the starting lineup in three of the last four games, thanks in large part to his offensive struggles.

Harrison got the ball on Wednesday for the Brewers and he had potentially his best start as a big leaguer. He pitched seven shutout innings against the Chicago Cubs and allowed just two base hits while striking out 11 batters.

There was a point in the game in which Harrison retired 15 straight batters. Now, he has a ridiculous 1.77 ERA on the season so far in nine starts to go along with 59 strikeouts and a 5-1 record. An unfortunate look for Boston, letting him go.
