You can never have enough good arms in the bullpen.

The Boston Red Sox's bullpen has been middle-of-the-pack so far this season. Right now, the Red Sox have a 4.20 bullpen ERA through 10 games, which is 16th in the league. There is enough talent in the bullpen for Boston right now to think that it will be able to turn things around at some point. Plus, there is another legit veteran option down in Triple-A right now in Tommy Kahnle.

The Red Sox could use another hurler and Bleacher Report's Zachary Rymer floated Boston as a fit for veteran flamethrower Michael Kopech. But the Red Sox aren't the only team in the American League East. Rymer floated the Toronto Blue Jays for Kopech as well, among others.

"Best Landing Spot: Arizona Diamondbacks," Rymer wrote. "If the D-backs are to have any hope of taking down the Los Angeles Dodgers in the NL West, they need to do something about their bullpen. The closer's role is no place for Paul Sewald at this stage, and all the team's relievers have fanned only 30 of the 161 batters they have faced so far. A situation like that is crying out for Kopech's upside. Other Landing Spots: Toronto Blue Jays, Kansas City Royals, Boston Red Sox."

Boston fans may remember Kopech. He was once a top prospect for the organization but was included in the Chris Sale trade with the Chicago White Sox. There was a time when Kopech hit 105 miles per hour on the radar gun as a prospect in Boston's farm system. While this is speculation, Boston should absolutely take up Rymer on this idea.
