Royals prospects experience elbow woes

Shortstop Jeff Bianchi, one of the Royals' top infield prospects, will undergo reconstructive elbow surgery and be out for the season. In addition, left-handed pitcher Danny Duffy has elbow stiffness in his throwing arm and has been shut down for the time being.
