Hugh Jackman and his family were spotted after returning to their apartment in New York City on October 12, 2009 having spent the day celebrating his 41st birthday with his family. Justice Sotomayor displays her baseball skills

This weekend Justice Sotomayor tossed out the first pitch in a game against the Boston Red Socks at Yankee Stadium to help commemorate her hometown ball club’s Hispanic Heritage Month celebration. I don’t think that the Yankees could have picked a more appropriate candidate for this task, as Sotomayor is definitely a baseball fan . You can see how ecstatic Justice Sotomayor was in this clip .
